We will delve into the art of giving and receiving feedback using the Tri Holistic Feedback Model, equipping nurses with essential communication skills to foster growth and improve healthcare outcomes.

    We will also address the pressing adolescent mental health crisis, examining the critical role of nursing in advocacy, education, and policy reform to support young patients and their families.

    Finally, we will navigate the expanding role of artificial intelligence in healthcare, discussing its applications, ethical considerations, and best practices for safe and equitable implementation.
